Pineapple Lime Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 loin rib end chops
- 3 limes
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp each dry thyme and salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place pork chops in a large plastic bag or resealable container. Grate peel from TWO limes and reserve. Squeeze juice from all limes, combine with remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Seal and refrigerate three hours or overnight, turning chops occasionally. Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Remove chops from marinade and discard marinade. Place chops on the grill, close lid and barbecue six to eight minutes per side. Top with grated lime peel. Serve with grilled sweet potato wedges and salad.
