Ingredients
- • Potatoes, peeled, diced, and boiled
- • Parsley
- • Dijon country mustard
- • Onions, diced
- • Bacon
- • Apple cider vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp – set aside. Keep some of the fat in the pan. Saute onions in the same pan.
Add boiled potatoes. Add mustard, vinegar and stir. Remove from stove. Add parsley and bacon. Serve.
