Ingredients
- 1 1pound beef flank steak
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Score surface of steak with shallow diagonal cuts at 1 inch intervals, making diamond shapes. Repeat on other side. In large resealable plastic bag combine remaining ingredients. Add steak. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refridgerate 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak, COVERED, over medium-hot heat 7-9 minutes each side or until desired doneness.
