Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 1 sm onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 soup can 1/2 & 1/2
  • 1 pound claw crabmeat, picked free of any broken shells
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a lg. saucepan, melt the butter and saute the onion until translucent, 3-4 mins. Add the soups, milk and 1/2 & 1/2. Add the crabmeat and bring just to a boil. Add the sherry and s&p, to taste. Serve immediately. Or allow to cool to rool temperature and refrigerate or freeze immediately in plastic containers.
