Jiff-Peanut Butter Cookies

• 3/4 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 c. crisco
• 1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
• 3 T. milk
• 1 T. vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 1 3/4 c. flour
• 3/4 t. salt
• 3/4 t. baking soda

Step 1

Mix Jif, crisco, lgt brown sugar, milk, vanilla in large bowl. Blend well. Add egg, beat.

Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mix. Blend. Drop by heaping teaspoon fulls. 2 " apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten lightly with a fork in # patterns.

Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 mins or till set and just beginning to brown. Cool 2 mins on baking sheet.
