Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. flour
- Filling:
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare dough and press into small muffin tins. Stir remaining ingredients til smooth. Spoon 1 tsp. pecan into a cup. Fill w/ egg mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cover. Chill to store.
