Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies AND Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 c. flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 c.(2 sticks) butter, soft
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 12 oz. (2cups) choco chips

Preparation

Step 1

In sm. bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt. Set aside.

In lg. bowl, cream butter, sugars, vanilla, til creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in chips.


FOR OATMEAL COOKIES:
ADD 3c oats at end and 2c. raisins. Use only 1/2 tsp. salt and add 3/4 tsp cinnamon after vanilla.
