Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 C flour
- MIX IN BOWL
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. chopped walnuts

Step 1
Mix in small bowl, then add to pumpkin mix. Spread in jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Bake 15 minutes. Invert immediately onto towel. Sprinkle w/ 10x sugar. Roll up cake in towel. cool. unroll.
1 c. powder, 10x
2-3oz cream cheese
1/4c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Beat-Spread over cake. Reroll cake, cover, chill.
