English Pea Salad

This is a recipe from my Aunt Mary Phipps.
She got it from her mother-n-law.
I am guessing the year was about 2005.

Ingredients

• 2 cans green peas
• 5 boiled eggs (chopped)
• 1/2 pound American Cheese (Small Sauares)
• 2 large jars pimentos (chopped and drained)
• 1 large apple (optional)
• 1 tsp. sugar
• salt to taste
• 2 Tablespoons Miracle Whip Salad Dressing (or enough to combine together)

Preparation

Step 1

Let chill for at least one hour.
