Ingredients
- MIX
- 1/3 cup cake flour
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups baker's sugar (superfine sugar)
- 1/2 cup Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 teaspoons powdered egg whites
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- To make the Brownies
- 2/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt

Preparation
Step 1
To make the brownies
1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and store in a dry place until you're ready to make brownies.
2. To make the brownies, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
3. Spray an 8 x 8-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.
4. Combine 2/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt to the mix and blend with electric mixer for 1 minute, until the batter is smooth and shiny. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 34 minutes. Cool and slice into squares.
Makes 16 brownies.
