- 1 Package frozen diced Potatoes
- 2 Packages McCormick Country Gravy Mix
- 3/4 cup Instant Potatoes
- 1 Block Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 8 Chicken Bullion Cubes
- 9 Cups of Water
- Salt to taste

Step 1
1. Microwave frozen potatoes until thawed. Slightly brown potatoes in frying pan. While browning potatoes, take 7 cups of water and 8 bullion cubes and place in a pot.
2 Boil water and bullion cubes. Make gravy according to package, pour into pan. After gravy is done and water is boiling whisk in instant potatoes. After potatoes are brown, pour them into the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
