- 1 package Knorr® Cream of Spinach recipe mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces white mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped and/or bay scallops
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 BOX SMALL PASTA, cooked and drained
- 1 CUP PARMESAN, ASIAGO OR SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE (SHREDDED)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Knorr® Cream of Spinach recipe mix and milk in medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion and mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until beginning to brown, about 6 minutes. Add shrimp and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink, about 4 minutes.
COMBINE SAUCE WITH COOKED SHRIMP & PASTA.
POUR INTO BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH.
BAKE COVERED FOR 40 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND TOP WITH BUTTERED OR OLIVE OIL BREAD OR PANKO CRUMBS FOR ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES.
