  • 1 package Knorr® Cream of Spinach recipe mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces white mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped and/or bay scallops
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 BOX SMALL PASTA, cooked and drained
  • 1 CUP PARMESAN, ASIAGO OR SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE (SHREDDED)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Knorr® Cream of Spinach recipe mix and milk in medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 2 minutes.

Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion and mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until beginning to brown, about 6 minutes. Add shrimp and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink, about 4 minutes.

COMBINE SAUCE WITH COOKED SHRIMP & PASTA.
POUR INTO BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH.

BAKE COVERED FOR 40 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND TOP WITH BUTTERED OR OLIVE OIL BREAD OR PANKO CRUMBS FOR ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES.
