Ingredients

• 3/4 c butter
• 1 c sugar
• 1/2 c honey
• 1 egg
• 1/4 c water
• 1 t vanilla
• 3 c oats
• 1 c flour
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 t baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter, sugar, honey, egg, water and vanilla until smooth. Mix together oats, flour, salt and soda and add to wet ingredients and mix until incorporated.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until browned.
