  • Pie crust (Pillsbury)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups light cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb crabmeat in chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

1. Beat eggs
2. Add cream, salt, pepper
3. Sprinkle crabmeat and cheese into pie shell
4. Pour egg mixture on top & sprinkle parsley on top
5. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees
6. Reduce heat to 300 & bake 30 more minutes
