Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes, peeled, cubed, boiled
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 T. butter
- 1 clove of garlic mashed into a paste and mixed with...
- 2 tsps of salt
- 1/2 tsps of pepper
- 2 c. heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mash potatoes after they are boiled. Use all the ingredients EXCEPT the cream. Add the 1st cup and then add 1/2 the second cup. You don't want the potatoes soupy, so you may not need all of the 2nd cup. Some potatoes are dryer than others, so use your judgement. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Place a cookie sheet under it. Do NOT cover. Bake for 30 minutes and 325 degrees then 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
