Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 eggs (separated)
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together dry ingredients. Separate eggs.
Beat egg yolks with milk. Add milk and oil to dry ingredients.
In separate small bowl beat egg whites until stiff (but not dry). FOLD egg whites into batter.
Prepare as directed for your brand of Belgium waffle maker.
Note: This batter is also the best one to use with a standard waffle maker, too.
