Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. Chicken Breast, cubed
- 2 Tbsps. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsps. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in water

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large skillet, cook chicken in hot oil until lightly browned.
2. Remove chicken from skillet. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Cook until well-mixed and dissolved.
3. Add chicken; bring to hard boil. Add cornstarch mixture. Reduce heat and simmer for twenty (20) minutes.
4. Serve over hot rice.
