- 3-3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 pkg. rapid rise yeast
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. very warm water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- cornmeal

Preparation
Step 1
In lg. bowl, mix 2 c. flour, undisolved yeast and salt. Stir very warm water and olive oil into dry ingredient. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough. Kneed on lightly floured surface til smooth and elastic (about 4-6 min). Cover, let rest on floured surface for 10 minutes. Lightly oil 1 (14") or 2 (12")round pizza pans. Sprinkle w/ cornmeal, form into smooth ball. Roll to fit pan.
Quick Tomato Sauce
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
2 tsp. oregano and 1 clove garlic
