  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 c blue cheese
  • 1/3 c celery
  • 1 T onion
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1/2 t Worcestershire
  • dash cayenne
  • 1/3 c walnuts
  • 1 T parsley

Preheat oven to 325°F. In Classic Batter Bowl, mix cream cheese and blue cheese until well blended. Finely chop celery and onion using Food Chopper; add to Batter Bowl. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and ground red pepper to cream cheese mixture; mix well. Spread evenly in Mini-Baker. Chop walnuts using Food Chopper; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Snip parsley with Professional Shears; sprinkle over spread. Serve warm with apples or pears cut with Apple Wedger or Toasted Canapé Bread Slices.
