Ingredients
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breasts (cut in 1" cubes)
- 1 cup Onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 540 ml Tomatoes (undrained)
- 1/3 cup Whipping Cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken, onion, and lemon juice. Sauté 10 minutes. Stir in all spices, except red pepper flakes. Simmer 1 minute stirring constantly.
Stir in tomatoes until well mixed. Combine cream, cornstarch and salt. Gradually stir into tomato mixture. Stir in red pepper flakes to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low: summer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
Serve with cooked basmati rice or naan bread.
