- 1 lb. velvetta (mexican-mild)
- 1 lb. Jimmy Dean's ground sausage (fried and set aside)
- small can Hormel chili (no beans)
- 1 red onion - chopped

melt cheese and mix all together. Reheat in microwave as needed. Tortilla chips for dipping.
