Rhubarb-Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

  • One pound Rhubarb (about ten stocks)
  • 1-1 1/2 cups sugar (to taste)
  • 1 pack Strawberry Jello

Preparation

Step 1

Chop rhubarb into ½ in pieces, combine rhubarb and 1 cup sugar in a pot, let rest for 15 min. Set on stove over medium heat, stir regularly until mushy consistency. Remove from heat, add Strawberry Jello. Place in heat resistant container (I use a hot quart jar) and put it in the refrigerator.
