Ingredients
- 2 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 and 3/4 cups mashed bananas (2 to 3 medium bananas)

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9x5x3 or 2 loaf pans; 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2.
Mix all ingredients; beat 30 seconds. Pour into pan(s) for 65 to 70 minutes.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly and loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan and cool completely before slicing. To store, wrap and refrigerate not longer than 1 week.
