Ingredients

• Tuscan Sunset oil and vinegar dressing:
• mix 1 Tbsp. Tuscan Sunset seasoning with 1 Tbsp. water. Let stand a
• few minutes.
• Add 1/3 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, stir.
• Add 1-2 tea. Dijon mustard to emulsify the dressing
• Tuscan Sunset creamy dressing:
• Mix 1 tea. Tuscan Sunset Seasoning
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• divide between 2 salads
• Salsa Salad Seasoning (great over tomatoes and mozzarella cheese salad)
• 1-2 Tbsp. salsa salad seasoning
• 2 Tbsp. water
• let stand 5 minutes
• mix with 1/2 cup corn oil
• 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (3 med. limes)
• whisk briskly and refrigerate.
