Guacamole

Ingredients

• 2-3 fully ripened Hass avocados
• 1 tbsp minced onion
• 1/4 tbsp salt
• jalapeño

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, mash avocados with a fork or potato masher to make a slightly chunky mixture. Stir in onion, jalapeno and salt
optional: cilantro

Makes 3/4 cup
