- 4 cups fresh rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 4 tablespoons butter

Preparation
Step 1
Place rhubarb in a greased baking dish (8x8 inch) and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine remaining ingredients and work with fingers to achieve a crumb-like mixture. Cover rhubarb with the crumbs.
Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated 350⁰F oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake until topping is lightly browned and juices run, 10 to 15 minutes.
