Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 # frozen chicken breast tenderloins, thawed
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (19oz) can Cannellini white kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp cornstrarch
  • 1/4 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Preheat large saute pan on med.-high, 2-3 min. Coat with cooking spray. Add chicken, sprinkle with rosemary and pepper. Cook 2 min. stirring occasionally. Stir in beans, broth and tomatoes. Stir cornstarch and water together in small bowl and slowly add to pan, stirring continuously. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to med. and simmer 5 min. Serve.
