Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 3 oz. pkg. Jello (your choice of color)
1 T. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. butter (softened)
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour with baking powder.

Cream softened butter, add sugar & dry Jello; beating well. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well.

Force dough through cookie press onto baking sheet.

You can sprinkle additional gelatin on cookies before baking, if you wish.

Bake at 400° about 8 minutes.
