Ingredients
- 24 filo cups
- 1 large jar or can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/3 c. ripe black olives, chipped
- 1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper

Preparation
Step 1
(can use a hand chopper to chop ingredients together)
Combine all ingredients and fill cups. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
