  • 24 filo cups
  • 1 large jar or can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/3 c. ripe black olives, chipped
  • 1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and fill cups. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
