Ingredients
- 2 lbs thinly sliced sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1
Cut sirloin steak into thin strips (1/4 x 2"). Make a sauce from ginger root, garic, onion, sugar, soya sauce and water. Pour over meat. Let stand 2 to 3 hours. Thread each piece of meast on a presoaked bamboo skewer. BBQ on medium-high setting.
