IN BOWL OF FOOD PROCESSOR MIX DRY INGREDIENTS
BLEND
ADD BUTTER AND BLEND UNTIL COURSE CRUMBS FORM
DUMP INTO MIXING BOWL
STIR IN CHEESE & HAM
COMBINE SOUR CREAM AND EGG AND STIR ALL INTO DRY MIXTURE
TURN OUT ONTO FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD 4 TO 6 TIMES
PAT DOUGH 3/4 IN THICK AND CUT WITH 2 1/2 TO 3 INCH CUTTER
PLACE ON BAKING SHEET
BAKE 18 TO 20 MINUTES
COOL SLIGHTLY BEFORE SERVING
