Ingredients
- 2 oz instant coffee
- 3 1/2 c- 4 c sugar
- 2 c water
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/5 bottle bourbon

Step 1
Heat water and sugar until dissolved, add coffee and bring to a boil. Let cool. divide into 2 1/5 bottles. Mix with bourbon and fill each bottle. cut vanilla bean in half and add to each bottle. Let sit for a couple weeks before using to allow vanilla to infuse.
