Beat ingredients with wire whisk until smooth. Pour be scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle (greased). Cook until edges are dry and top bubbles are broken. Turn; cook until golden. About 13 pancakes.
Thinner Pancakes:
Use 1 egg and 1-1/2 cups milk.
