  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup milk or cold water
  • 1 package (3 3/4 ounces) instant pudding and pie filling (any flavor)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 Degrees F. Grease square pan; 9X9X2 inches. Mix all ingredients except Streusel Topping; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with topping. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.

Topping:

Cut 2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter into 1/3 cup Bisquick baking mix, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon until crumbly.
