Ingredients
- To taste:
- 6 cukes with peelings on
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 T sea salt
- 2 t sugar
- 10 peppercorns
- Peeled fresh garlic, fresh hot peppers, dill seed heads, whatever you like

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut cukes into wedges.
2. Put water, vinegar, salt, sugar and peppercorns in jar.
3. Shake until sugar and salt dissolve.
4. Pour liquid into separate bowl.
5. Place jar on its side and pack with the cuke spears.
6. Place optional ingredients in jar
7. Pour liquid from bowl back into jar. Fill to top.
Replace lid.
Keep in fridge.
Ready in 2 days and still good months later.
