Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion salt
- 1 cup finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham

Heat oven to 425 Degrees F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times. Press dough on bottom and up side of pan with floured hands. Bake 10 minutes.
Mix eggs, sour cream, cheese, onions and onion salt; pour over crust. Sprinkle ham over egg mixture. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
