- 2 T BUTTER
- 2 T WATER
- 1/2 C CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 2 EGGS
- 1/2 t VANILLA
- 2/3 C FLOUR
- 1/4 t BAKING SODA
- 1/2 t SALT

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325*. GREASE 8X8 PAN.
IN MEDIUM SAUCEPAN, COMBINE SUGAR,BUTTER AND WATER. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BOILING. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN CHIPS UNTIL MELTED AND SMOOTH. MIX IN EGGS AND VANILLA. COMBINE THE FLOUR, SODA AND SALT, STIR INTO CHOCOLATE MIXTURE. SPREAD EVENLY IN PAN.
BAKE 25-30 MINUTES UNTIL SET. DO NOT OVERBAKE. COOL IN PAN AND CUT INTO SQUARES.
