Ingredients
- 8 dried tomato halves
- 1/2 oz. minced prosciutto
- 2 t capers, chopped
- 2 t orange all fruit spread
- Pepper
- 20 Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1 t chopped parsley
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 t lemon juice
- sliced baguette

Preparation
Step 1
Soak tomatoes in boiling water to cover 2 min.; drain & coarsely chop.
Cobine with olives, prosciutto, parsley, capers & garlic. Stir in fruit spread, lemon juice & pepper. Let stand 30 min. Serve on baguette slices.
