Sweetened Condensed Milk*

This makes about the same amount as the 14 oz can from the store. It also keeps for several weeks in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

• 1 cup instant powdered milk
• 1/3 cup boiling water
• 3 Tablespoons melted butter
• 1/3 cup sugar
• Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a blender and process till smooth.
