Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or shredded chicken
  • 1/2 C diced onion
  • 8 6" flour tortillas
  • 8 oz taco sauce or salsa
  • 1 C shredded cheese
  • 4 Tbl butter
  • 4 Tbl flour
  • 2 tsp chicken boullion
  • 1 1/3 C water
  • 4 Tbl diced green chiles
  • 2/3 C sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook meat & onion until tender. Divide meat into tortillas. Top each w/ salsa & 1 Tbl cheese. Roll up & place in baking dish. In saucepan melt butter, whisk in flour & bouillion. Stir in water. Cook & stir until thickened & bubbly. Stir in chilies. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Pour over tortillas. Cook at 350* for 15 minutes. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese & bake 5 minutes.
