Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8 ounce container of sour cream
- 8 ounces of cheddar cheese
- dash of parsley
- minced onions

Preparation
Step 1
Put hash browns in a greased baking dish; cover with cream of mushroom soup and sour cream; sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and add minced onions and parsley. Can add crushed potato chips if desired. Bake at 350 until done.
