Ingredients
- One lg pkg lemon jello
- 2 C hot water
- 16 marshmellows cut up
- 2 sm pkg cream cheese
- 1 lg can drained crushed pineapple
- half-pint whipping cream (whipped stiff)
- 1 T mayo

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve lemon jello in hot water. Add the marshmallows, cream cheese and pineapple.
Let the above ingredients dissolve until smooth and fold in the whipped cream and 1 T mayo. Combine all ingredients and place in square glass pyrex or fancy mold. Chill until firm.
