  • 16 ozs cream cheese
  • 2 cps maonnaise
  • 12 ozs lobster
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1 1/2 cps grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large
bowl until smooth
2. Shred lobster with fingers
3. Add lobster, artichokes, cheese onion to mixture
4. Spoon into a 2 quart baking dish
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes until
bubbly and heated through
6. Serve with crackers or bagel chips
