Espresso Vanilla Almond Butter

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1-2 T coffee beans (I used Kicking Horse)
- 3 T maple syrup or agave
- 2 tsp ground vanilla beans
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, combine the almonds, vanilla beans and coffee beans. Blend for about 5-7 minutes.
Then add in the remaining ingredients and blend. If the mixture looks too dry, you can add water until you get a desired consistency. You could also add a little oil if you like.
Please store this almond butter in the fridge. It will last a couple weeks that way. **Note: Due to the caffeine in this, I would not recommend giving it to children.
