Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
- 1 TABLESPOON TONE'S CITRUS GRILL SEASONING
- 8 OZ JUMBO, RAW PEELED AND DEVEINED SHRIMP
- 1/2 CUP MEDIUM RED ONION, CUT INTO 1-1/2 INCH CHUNKS
- 1 GREEN BELL PEPPER, CUT INTO 1-1/2 INCH CHUNKS
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- 1 TABLESPOON CITRUS GRILL SEASONING
- 1/2 CUP PINEAPPLE PUREE (FROM FRESH OR CANNED PINEAPPLE)
- 2 TABLESPOON BUTTER

Step 1
COMBINE MELTED BUTTER AND 1 TABLESPOON SEASONING. POUR OVER SHRIMP AND VEGETABLES. TOSS TO COAT.
ADD SHRIMP AND VEGGIES TO GRILL BASKET AND GRILL OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
STIR AND BASTE WITH BUTTER EVERY 1 TO 2 MINUTES.
GRILL SHRIMP AND VEGGIES 5 TO 7 MINUTES OR UNTIL SHRIMP IS OPAQUE IS SLIGHTLY PINK; STIRRING THROUGHOUT COOKING.
MIX SUGAR AND VINEGAR IN A HEAVY SAUCEPAN. HEAT OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL SAUCE TURNS GOLDEN BROWN.
ADD SEASONING AND PINEAPPLE PUREE. HEAT UNTIL WELL BLENDED. GRADUALLY ADD IN BUTTER. REMOVE FROM HEAT. POUR INTO SERVING BOWL AND USE AS A DIPPING SAUCE FOR GRILLED SHRIMP AND VEGETABLES.
