Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon chilli oil
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice or balsamic vinegar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- caster sugar
- 3 spring onions, trimmed, finely sliced
- 1/2 red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely
- chopped (optional)
