Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar and enough sugar substitute to equal 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter, sugar, egg and milk. Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Mix with butter and sugar mix. Chill thoroughly. Roll out. Press with cookie cutters. Bake on greased cookie sheet for about 10 minutes or until edges start to turn light brown.
