Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 2/3 C. undiluted evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 C. granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 C. (4 oz.) miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
1. Butter 8-inch square pan.
2. In medium saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
3. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows melt completely. Pour into pan. Cool and cut into squares. Hint: For thicker fudge use a 7x5 inch loaf pan.
