Ingredients
- 1 can tuna (large) drained
- 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Light
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and minced
- 2 gherkins, minced
- 1/4 sweet red pepper, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Maldon salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 4 slices light Gruyere or Provolone Cheese

Step 1
* Combine all ingredients except cheese and mix well.
* Toast the bread on one side then top untoasted side with tuna mixture and cheese slices then put under broiler until the cheese melts.
* Try adding some sliced tomato to mine under the cheese.
* A bread with some texture works well here, nothing soft, or a PC Blue Menu Multigrain thin.
* Serve Dan's with extra gherkins on the side.
